Description	This topic explains how to use the DSI Workbench application programmable interface or API used by software developers to embed DSI Workbench application capabilities into custom designed applications. At students’ request course may include: –Setting up and using the API demonstrator within Visual Studio. – Creating and managing a diagnosis with the API. – Embedding and using the guided troubleshooting, suspect list and custom view controls in a custom application. – using the API to interact with the DSI Workbench History and Feedback database.

Description	This topic explains how to create seamless transition of diagnostic conclusions from one diagnostic “level” or “session” to the next diagnostic reasoning session or environment. This course can be used to: – Demonstrate an approach for linking two levels of diagnostics (i.e. line level diagnostics versus depot level diagnostics) within eXpress – Provide a means of linking the results of automatic or built-in test reasoning to manual test and repair using an integrated electronic technical manual or IETM.

Description	This topic explains how to create custom session reports with examples applied to the student’s eXpress model and configuration. This includes: – Including or excluding suspects, unit under test details, technician details, test results, test sequencing and status in the session report – Mapping the test equipment and unit under test information from automated test results or built in tests.

Description	This topic explains how to import images, documents, videos, hyperlinks, etc. into the RTAT data gathering and publishing environment. Emphasis will be on the use of CAD board layout files or data that describes object locations in order to “overlay” on top of the board images to identify all board components in the file and on the image. Discussions may include special modeling topologies that can be used to short-cut the design process to quickly create diagnostics for complex board-level diagnostics in eXpress

Description	This topic explains how to setup, generate and maintain fault codes for a diagnostic developed in an eXpress model. Then using the generated fault codes to: – Test Concepts – Create next level diagnostics in eXpress using the results of the first level diagnostics as the start of the second level diagnostics. – Feed the results of the first level diagnostics to interactive electronic technical manual or IETM development.
