This topic will show how to setup and Configure DSI Workbench, in RTAT, to work as a Diagnostic Reasoner for popular ATE . This Course Includes:
Simulation Calculations
  ● ATEasy Fault Analysis or Nat
Converts the DiagML design data from eXpress to the ATEasy conditions file format for use in the ATEasy fault analysis tool or the PDEL and TOD Files from National (Demonstration of ATEasy Fault Analysis).
  ● Static vs Dynamic Reason (planned upgrade)
Static Reason – uses the pre-calculated tree from eXpress
Dynamic Reasoning – calculates the troubleshooting flow on the fly based upon current test conditions.
Pseudo Dynamic Reasoning – uses the pre-calculated tree from eXpress but does not require that the test be executing in any particular order.
  ● ATML Data conversion
Standard industry format for various deployment options for ATE or Guided Troubleshooting.

Description

This topic explains how to import images, documents, videos, hyperlinks, etc. into the RTAT data gathering and publishing environment. Emphasis will be on the use of CAD board layout files or data that describes object locations in order to “overlay” on top of the board images to identify all board components in the file and on the image.

Discussions may include special modeling topologies that can be used to short-cut the design process to quickly create diagnostics for complex board-level diagnostics in eXpress.

  - Embedding and using the guided troubleshooting, suspect list and custom view controls in a custom application.
  - Using the API to interact with the DSI Workbench History and Feedback database
