Abstract: A fast and effective method of modeling System Boundary Scan using the eXpress Testability Analysis Tool has been developed. Testability questions surrounding the inclusion of Boundary Scan in a system design,specifically Functional Coverage (what is is not tested) and Diagnostics, can now be addressed using the eXpress modeling tool.
