eXpress Reliability Module The reliability module adds an additional layer to the eXpress model. It allows failure modes to be tracked throughout the entire system design in terms of their effects on the system. Once the effects are known, a FMECA report is easily generated. In fact, the FMECA report can be linked to an existing diagnostic strategy so that the Detection Test field in the report will point to exactly those tests that detect the fault, for true FMECA integration with both the design and diagnostics.
